WITH DEEP ROOTS IN THIS COMMUNITY, WE ARE COMMITTED TO STRENGTHENING OUR PARTY AND UPHOLDING THE CONSERVATIVE VALUES THAT UNITE US. OUR GOAL IS TO AMPLIFY THE VOICES OF BOONE COUNTY REPUBLICANS AND BUILD ONE OF THE MOST ENGAGED AND EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN INDIANA.

TOGETHER, WE WILL SUPPORT EVERY PRECINCT/VICE PRECINCT COMMITTEEMAN, ELECTED OFFICIAL, AND VOLUNTEER TO ENSURE A STRONG, UNIFIED REPUBLICAN PRESENCE AT EVERY LEVEL.

Strengthen Precinct Organization

  • Precinct Committeeman (PC) Educational Packet-Provide PCs with a guide covering duties, voter engagement strategies, party structure, canvassing tips, and key election dates.
  • Quarterly PC Training & Strategy Meetings – Hold workshops to trach GOTV (Get Out The Vort) efforts, and voter registration methods.
 

Candidate & Volunteer Development

  • Campaign School – Hot biannual training session for candidates and volunteers on fundraising, messaging, voter outreach, and compliance.
  • Candidate Mentorship Program – Pair first-time candidates with experienced party leaders or former officeholders for guidance.

Grassroots Outreach & Community Engagement

  • Voter Contact Expansion – By utilizing data identifying issues important to residents of Boone County we will increase engagement and activation to help grow our Party.
  • Issue Advocacy Events -Organize town halls, policy panels, or debates on key issues.

Improved Communication & Branding

  • Digital Communication -Establish consistent communication via email lists by partnering with the Indiana Republican Party. Boone County GOP Women, and Zionsville GOP Club.
  • Social Media Strategy – Utilize Facebook, Twitter/X. Instagram, and You Tube to share updates, highlight candidates, and issue-based messaging.
  • Monthly Chairman’s Update –  Rollout a newsletter or video briefing to party members.

Fundraising & Financial Stability

  • Annual Fundraising Plan -Develop a structured plan incorporating small-dollar donations, major donor programs, and event-based fundraising.
  • Events – Establish and circulate a calendar of events before the beginning of each year.
  • Donor Program – Launch a donor program outlining giving levels, recognition of support and special event opportunities.
